Looking for an FnB Manager with 15 years plus of experience. Work experience should include relevant experience in 5 or 7 star properties.

Qualification
· Mandatory : Any Graduate
· Preferred But Not Mandatory - Secretarial Degree

Requisites
· Personal Traits :
o Proactive with good presence of mind.
o High level of detail orientation.
o Fast learner.
o Flexible to take on multiple responsibilities.
o Team Player.

· Skills :
o Good in written and oral English.
o Practical experience Advance XL Formulas.
o High level of coordinating ability.

Key Deliverables
· Scheduling appointments as per instructions received. Further informing about the appointment’s arrival and ensure his / her / their seating at designated / relevant location.
· Organising payments along with maintaining track of disbursed payments.
· Maintaining petty cash.
· Maintaining track of incoming and outgoing courier.
· Constant monitoring of residential property through CCTV Monitoring.
· Connecting calls and coordinating between internal and external staff.
· Typing and printing of daily meal menu, timetables, etc.
· Provide any other assistance / complete tasks as assigned from time to time.

Work Schedule
· Working Day : Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
· Working Time : 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
· May require to stretch work hours occasionally
