Mansi we are so grateful have a person like you at the studio who is dedicated towards her workouts. Our mornings are vibrant when you are here. We are thankful that we could help you out of your back pain and today we see a new confidence pepping up.

Wearing high heels is an accessory which most women love, because of the grace it gives to her body, the way it makes her look taller, the way her feet look in it or simply the sensuality and sexy sawg it gives her.
Although wearing heels for a long time or dancing in it will definitely give you knee pain.

When high heels lift your heel up, your weight bearing line tips forward so your quadriceps have to work harder to hold your knee straight, which then leads to knee pain.
Pseudo locked knee occurs when severe knee pain triggers the knee muscles to spasm and contract.
It is an automatic defense mechanism that the body uses to discourage movement of the knee. Restricting the knee in this way helps prevent further damage.

If you still have to wear high heels you may need to look at your strength training in a particular way.
