Responsibility

1. A Consultant must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses.
2. Understanding the business processes and manage the complete lifecycle of ERP
3. Requirement gathering and client interactions
4. Client Expectation Management.
5. Interaction with Cross-functional team on issue handling and resolutions
6. Has a good understanding of business application concepts and terminologies.
7. Analyse business processes and provide solutions using ERP systems.
8. Assist BI team on transactional data mapping for analytical reporting
9. Has excellent problem-solving skills.
10. Responsible for managing clients in pre-sales and post-sale environments
11. Analyse and troubleshoot complex user issues and coordinate issue resolution across users, technical team, and vendors as needed
12. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority
13. Identify key trends and forecasts in the given area of domain/industry.
14. Any ERP package implementation experience (like idempiere,odoo) and understanding of business processes.
