I have often seen punekars not obeying traffic lights especially during wee hours or cop is not standing nearby. This weekend I observed the same with Mumbaikars . City changes but old habits die hard .

Just got me thinking has this become a part of our DNA to disobey the traffic ? or We are in so much hurry that we don’t like to give damn to rules and regulations ?
