We hear them often enough. Go big or don't go at all ; Dream big, shoot for the stars. I think there's nothing wrong with setting big goals in life, but we almost always forget to take the time to savor the many small steps we took to get there.

There's no question that reaching major milestones is often our ultimate objective, but the reality is that it's the incremental progress leading to those big scores that occupy most of our daily work & routines.

It was something many of us terribly overlooked for years in business and routine practices, as we used to stay focused only on the grand slam, and in the process, found ourselves perpetually in a lonely pursuit, at times feeling down & demotivated.

It took me a while to realize when I promote work flow for myself and my team as a series of shorter objectives, usually on a daily or weekly basis, good things start to happen. The small measurable & tangible progressions, repeated with regular consistency, will lead to great achievements.

The small wins help us to measure growth and track the new additional steps leading to our targets. Remember, success is not just about achieving one big goal, but about celebrating chunks of wins every single day...
