One of the widely applicable splicing solutions for industrial yarns, P250 Pawan Bandh Yarn Splicer is simple to operate and easy to handle just like all other stand alone pneumatic splicers by Phoenix. The splicer comes with four types of chambers, consumes air between 4-6 bar and is suitable for industrial yarns from 470 to 9000 dtex. It can also splice glass fiber from 70 to 400 tex.

Falcon weaving cutters have 20-25% higher lifetime compared to others. For hard fiber, we have TiN/TiNCrN coated blades that perform with higher efficiency and precision.
Additionally, there is option for serrated edge for glass fiber, linen and mono filament cutting during weaving process. Certain blades have greater tendency to break due to prolonged use. For such cases, we offer a change in material and, thus, help you reduce cost incurred due to frequent replacements.
