Day 6 of Healthy Tiffin lunch series.Jowari rice Pulao from . They have made my life so much easier because I need to prepare a complex carb rich tiffin and they have have created amazing products from millets . Thank you so much. I always add good fibre rich salad with good quality extra virgin olive oil and some diary protein to further enhance protein. Tomorrow is the last day of my tiffin series.

Sending lunch to someone who doesn’t prefer traditional Rotis because they get soggy and cold by the time it reaches office. No rice because it spikes the glucose being a diabetic. So what to do?
