Today, on MSA Diwas (Our Founder's Birth Anniversary) I take the privilege of sharing a few stories about the dedication, perseverance, commitment towards his work, teammates, customers & the immense hard work put in by our Founder, Late Mr. M S Arora. Our Founder was a well educated Engineer who came from a Middle Class background and after working with great organizations like the TATAs, Thermax, etc., he dreamed about starting his own Recruitment & Executive Search firm & manufacturing company and in the year 1991 & 1996, he accomplished his dreams respectively! As we all know that the early years of business establishment are never easy and rosy for the founders/ owners but he never ever gave up and continued his struggle till he succeeded! He was so very passionate and committed towards his work that even being a Cancer patient (in the last few years of his life), he would get his Chemotherapy completed by 12:30 pm and with the saline bottle fixed to his hand he would instruct his driver to proceed to his workplace/s so that he would complete his official meetings and commitments given to customers/ associates/ team mates by personally visiting the factory and office/s respectively. Such was his success story which I have shared for today..And all members of MSA Consultancy Services and Milkmax Engineers being greatly inspired by our Founder, Late Mr. M S Arora continue to work in a similar way (being very client/ customer-centric and committed towards our work)..regards , www.msajobsonline.com, www.milkmax.com
