Yoga is the practice. Nutrition is the fuel. π§ββοΈπI recently had the honor of conducting a deep-dive lecture series on Nutrition in Yoga Therapy for a group of dedicated teachers.
βWe often talk about the 'Asana,' but we rarely talk about the 'Bricks' (nutrients) that build the temple. From the gut-brain axis to musculoskeletal repair, we explored how targeted nutrition isn't just about 'dieting'βitβs about bio-chemical intervention for healing.

The National Institute of Nutrition finally comes out with some basic guideline. Stop abuse od supplements. Consult a qualified Dietician to what is your protein requirement and what do you eat.
