Where should we keep God's picture in office?

As per Commercial Vastu, it is advised to place a picture of your idol or god near in the reception area of your office, as it is the place where every visitor or employee pays a visit. And the reception desk should ideally be in North-east direction.

How should you sit in an office chair?

Push your hips as far back as they can go in the chair. Adjust the seat height so your feet are flat on the floor and your knees equal to, or slightly lower than, your hips. Adjust the back of the chair to a 100°-110° reclined angle. Make sure your upper and lower back are supported.

What are the pillars of RERA?

The Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 is considered as one of the landmark legislations passed by the Government of India. Its objective is to reform the real estate sector in India, encouraging greater transparency, citizen centricity, accountability, and financial discipline.

Where is RERA applicable?

It applies to commercial buildings, residential apartments, and plot developed for sale. Area – The registration applies for real estate projects exceeding 500 sq. meters or having more than eight apartments.

How is RERA carpet area calculated?

The RERA has quashed such malpractice. For example, if the built-up area is 1,000 sq ft, 30% (that is, 300 sq ft) is generally not usable and is usually the dry balcony, staircase, etc., while 700 sq ft is the remaining area that will be used and is hence the carpet area.
