As educators we have a responsibility to begin the framework of life lessons. Inculcating equitiabilty and justice whenever possible is a very important component.
Not everyone receives the same tools in life. Some are given none. We use various tools to teach children. Along with this, teaching children to use these tools to remove barriers for those who dont recieve any is an important foundation for the future!
Sometimes recieving an apt/customized ladder may not be possible but many a times straightening the tree is very well within our capacities.

Job Description :
●Research global pedagogy's and latest practices in education.
●ideate and develop new learning methods and effective teaching methods.
●Coordinating and assisting with the facilitation of the curriculum.
●Prepare presentations and documents.
●Analysis and preparation of test reports.
●Analyse and integrate the new methods and curriculum with the already existing one.
