This is to share an update about the Managements of Hotel Ashoka Inn, Thrissur Kerala

1. Live Insects are found in the Dish served to the Guest; No Complaint is recorded by the management in the name of jobs that are at risk for the kitchen team.
2. The Billing team charges the extra amount to the Guest and after lots of arguments and waste of time it is corrected
3. The Billing team makes the mistakes in Billing and not accepting the mistake even after giving the documents as proof
4. The General Manager's office is not attending any mails and calls and least concern over the issues reported by the Guest

The points shared will be supported by documents if required to produce.
