“Mechanical Inspector Required for Power Plant Shutdown Project”

Job Description: -
1. Boiler pressure part inspection (water walls, economiser, superheated, boiler drum)
2. Turbine complete overhauling, initial alignment readings, dismantling and assembly as per SOP.
3. Condenser tube bundle cleaning and leak testing
4. NDT testing for pipe joints and thickness measurement for all pressure parts.
5. ESP mechanical, Wet ash unloader replacement and Bag filter, cages replacement.
6. Valve dismantling, lapping, and reassembly verification
7. APH tubes bank replacement/ re er****on along with Mother plates.
8. Flue gas system activities
9. Metallic and fabric Expansion bellows replacement.
10. Cage wall panel er****on, Re Heater, Hanger tubes Er****on & Super heater shield works.
11. Replacement of bags and cages of bag filter.
12. Scaffolding er****on and dismantling.

Location: - VSLP Thermal Power Plant, Bikaner, Rajasthan

Joining date: - Immediate (1st week of July 2025)

*Qualifications: - Mechanical Engineer (8+ Years of Experience)

NDT Level II in (UT, MPT, DPT & RT).

*Qualifications:- Diploma +6 years & Degree in Mechanical Engineer +4 years

Additional Qualifications:- ASNT Level II in DPT, MPT, RT and UT
