Job Description :
2-4 years of Enterprise / Telecom Network infrastructure relevant experience.
Detailed, oriented with excellent communication skills
open to work in shifts to support and monitor the Global Network Infrastructure.

Skills:
• In depth knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and RIP
• Hands on experience of Routing & Switching on vendor devices like Cisco.
• Hands on experience of Palo Alto firewall and network load balancer like F5

Certifications
• CCNA is Mandatory

Responsibilities

24x7 Remote Network Monitoring & Management
Processing the queue of managed support tickets
Perform basic troubleshooting of issues alerted by the monitoring system, update the tickets with up-to-date details and a summary.
Provide 1st level technical support on network related issues.
