Sustenance during 1st few years of my start-up.
There are tonnes of struggles that come with it.
Survival Instinct is the only mantra to stay in the game. How to survive?
I am a proud entrepreneur of a bootstrapped company. I was in a kind of situation where I have to manage everything with personal savings and goes on to survive through initial sales.
It is not a very pleasant situation. You can not depend upon anyone to give you money. You have to build everything from scratch with whatever you have.
How did I manage everything?
I used to help MBA students with their assignments and tests preparations. These students were mostly from Middle East countries. I helped them perform market research, prepare presentations, etc.
I did not have many clients-partner then. I had to do other things to keep my Knowledge Management company going. It was a kind of side hustle that kept me floated in the market.
The time was difficult, but I knew I had to make things work out for my company. And I did it.
This proved to be a lasting impact on my venture. Side hustle paved the way for entering into education research as well. Thereby, opening new doors of opportunity for me in the long run.
