🔹 Sales Intern (Inside Sales & Market Research)

Duration: 4–6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 (based on Interview)
Performance-based PPO
Work Mode: Work From Office
Laptop Required

What you will work on:

• Conducting market research to identify industries, companies & decision-makers
• Lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn & digital outreach
• Data collection, validation & CRM management
• Preparing sales reports, client databases & outreach lists
• Scheduling meetings & coordinating follow-ups with the sales team
• Supporting ongoing client relationships & sales activities
• Hands-on exposure to B2B sales & business development processes

🔹 HR Intern (Talent Acquisition / Recruiter)

Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 (based on Interview)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Laptop Required

What you will work on:

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screening resumes & coordinating interviews
• Candidate & hiring partner coordination
• Managing hiring pipelines, dashboards & reports
• Supporting staffing requirements across projects
• Using HR & recruitment automation tools
