& effective wound healing with homoeopathy…
On 23rd May 2017 a 40 years old gentleman came to my clinic, he had a deep punctured wound on his left index figure (see ensuing photo taken on 23-5-2017):
He incurred this wound due to a drill machine about 24 hours ago. After all his effort the wound was bleeding and very painful. It was suppurating and pus like matter was continuously oozing from the wound. The finger was much swollen , looked black / blue and was extremely painful.
Patient was given: 1. Arnica 200 , Ledum pal 200, Gun Powder 200 & Hypericum 200 all repeated three times a day for 1 week….
Within 8 days most part of the wound had healed and in 1 months time finger looked as though there was no injury….. (see ensuing photo taken on 30/6/2017).
(Note: Regular wound care & dressing with calendula Ointment done for 1 week , no antibiotics or pain killers taken by patient.)

Homoeopathic for treatment of Subconjunctival Haemorrhage.

A case history of homeopathic first aid is illustrative. A 50 years old microbiologist, prior to Diwali vacation, suffered a subconjunctival haemorrhage – a spontaneous ‘ leaking’ of blood from the fine vessels in the ‘white’of the eye. The eye was badly bloodshot. The condition is not serious, but it is always annoying & greatly alarming. The woman’s ophthalmologist advised antibiotics & eye emollients & to expect the blood to reabsorb in 14-21 days..
Patient visited me the same day … On the basis of her symptoms , gave her one dose of Arnica ( in its 200 potency ) to take before she went to bed . Overnight the Arnica had removed all redness! However , 24 hrs later , the blood has ‘ leaked’ into the white again. The Arnica had done its job, but had failed to hold. A homeopathic remedy often more specific to subconjunctival haemorrhage than Arnica is HAMAMELIS , a homeopathic preparation of the common herb witch hazel.
Hamamelis ( 200 potency) was given , the condition cleared again in about 24 hours, there was no recurrence. Homeopathic first aid had worked rapidly & permanently, once the correct remedy was given!
