💁‍♂️ Raptech Engineering successfully delivered three Bogie Hearth Furnace systems to a leading steel industry client. ⚙️🔥 The scope included manufacturing critical components such as the furnace with door assembly, rail structure, and bogie structure. 🏭

The complete system spans 50 meters in length and weighs approximately 100 tons, engineered to handle loads of up to 300 tons. 📏⚖️ Each component has been fabricated to withstand high temperatures for extended operating periods, ensuring durability and reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

A key highlight of the project was the manufacturing of a precision Rack and Pinion mechanism, enabling smooth and reliable bogie movement during furnace operations. ⚙️🔩
