It was an honour to welcome the esteemed leadership team from the DENSO Group for a Gemba Visit at the NTTF Pune Training Centre, marking an important milestone in our growing collaboration.

During the visit, the leadership team interacted with trainees and faculty and closely reviewed NTTF’s hands-on training ecosystem, skill development methodologies, and industry-focused learning practices.

Following the recently signed MoU between NTTF and DENSO, discussions also focused on upskilling and reskilling programs, syllabus customization, and future-ready training frameworks aligned with the evolving needs of the manufacturing and automotive sectors.

Such engagements reinforce our shared commitment to nurturing globally competent, industry-ready talent and strengthening India’s skilled workforce through meaningful industry-academia partnerships.

Trainee Spotlight: Sajafa Saleeqha’s Journey with NTTF!

Meet Sajafa Saleeqha from Bengaluru, a proud alumna of the Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering & Smart Factory at NTTF Electronics City Training Centre.

Over her three-year journey, Sajafa gained strong hands-on exposure, built technical confidence, and grew beyond her comfort zone through projects, competitions, and presentations. What started as a quiet beginning transformed into a confident, industry-ready professional.

She is now placed at TVS Motor Company, Hosur, as a Team Leader in the EV Production Line, reflecting the strength and value of skill-based diploma education at NTTF.

NTTF Pune Campus engaged in discussions to begin an academic partnership with Mosaique Pvt. Ltd., a Japanese language training organization headquartered in Singapore.

Starting June 2026, students from the Mechatronics and Electronics streams will undergo structured Japanese language training. Participation will be compulsory for 30 DENSO-sponsored trainees, aligning language skills with industry expectations.

As part of the proposed agreement, Mosaique Pvt. Ltd. will support students in exploring career opportunities in Japan after successful completion of the program.

The meeting was attended by the Managing Director of Mosaique Pvt. Ltd., along with trainer Ms. Gandhali Shidhaye, who shared insights on language proficiency, cultural readiness, and career pathways in Japanese organizations.

This initiative aims to equip trainees for roles in Japanese robotics and automation sectors, enhance global employability, and address communication skill gaps at a time when Indo-Japanese industrial collaboration is rapidly growing.

NTTF looks forward to the positive impact this collaboration will create for its trainees and industry partners.

NTTF Pune Training Centre (PNTC) conducted the valedictory programme for the Blue Star Project – Internship, marking the successful completion of the internship by the trainees. The programme offered strong industry exposure, hands-on experience, and practical learning aligned with real workplace requirements.

During the internship, trainees gained exposure to Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies, PLC-based automation systems, and advanced-level practical applications, enabling them to understand real-time industrial processes and controls. The learning experience was further enriched with introductory exposure to AI & ML concepts, highlighting their growing relevance in smart manufacturing and modern industrial environments.

The event recognised the trainees’ dedication, technical learning outcomes, and overall professional growth, including improved problem-solving skills, teamwork, and applied technical knowledge. Such industry-linked internships play a vital role in bridging the gap between training and employment, strengthening confidence and career readiness.

NTTF continues to collaborate with industry partners like Blue Star to create meaningful, technology-driven learning opportunities and prepare skilled professionals for the evolving industry landscape.
