Rat Control.
Due to continus rainfall in our area, water get fill up in the burrow of rats and they come out and harbouring on dry places , that is in the car park,cable duct meter room ,panel board ,CCTV, pump room panel ,in the un used car etc. And damaging cables.once they enter into the house ,they destroy PVC pipe of washing machine,gas pipe, air conditioners, sofa's.

To Control the rats keep sticker pad along the wall.

Check nahni trap of kitchen whether it is covered or not.

Keep jali cage inside the house with any attractant cheese, bhaji ,groundnut etc.

Place slow poison cake 'Roban' in the car park ,near meter room,ducts ,below staircase etc.so that rat will get food easily in the ground floor and will die slowly, and will not come up in the building.

Keep practicing slow poison bait in the car par area regularely to avoid nuisance.

Trim the branches of trees connected to the building once in a year. Keep 2 to 3 feet distance from the building.

पावसाळ्यासाठी माहिती
सतत पडणाऱ्या पावसामुळे उंदराच्या बिळात पाणी भरल्या मुळे उंदीर आडोसा घेण्यासाठी कार पार्किंग मधे, मोटार सायकल, गाडीत घुसून केबल कुरतडून खूप नुकसान करतात केबल डकट् मधे, वर जाणाऱ्या पाइप, केबल वरून,झाडावरून घरात शिरतात. व वॅाशिंग मशीन, एअर कंडिशनर, फॅाल्स सिलिंग मधे जाऊन केबल कुरतडतात.
वरील नुकसान टाळण्यासाठी “रोबान स्लो पॅायझन “च्या केक,वड्या, जाळीचा पिंजरा तेलकट अमिष लावून पार्किंग मधे ठेवावेत.
घरातील सर्व न्हाणी ट्रॅप व्यवस्थित आहेत का बघावेत.
किचन मधे स्टीकर पॅड भींतीकडेनी ठेवावेत.
टू व्हीलर , चारचाकी गाडीच्या बॅानेट उघडून तीव्र कडवट वासाचे 'बिटर ' स्प्रे केल्यास बरेच दिवस उंदीर येत नाहीत.
