ICF Pune Charter Chapter has successfully been running GPC - Season 4 : Cohort 1 the past 2 months and now it's around the corner for Cohort 2.
Highlights of this Season : Fresh New format | 2 Cohorts | Each cohort of 8 Weeks | 1 participant to work with 2 peer coaches | 4 sessions with each peer coach | Opportunity to gain 8 sessions in each cohort

Do you see the need and value for organizations in investing in coaching middle managers?
Middle managers are burning at both ends with pressure from the top and the young talent that is lot more agile in learning and ambitious kicking from below. It is certainly different from coaching executives and first- time leaders.
To cover this topic, ICF Pune Charter Chapter had a session about how coaches can hone their skills to serve this segment.
Bimal Rath defines middle managers in his book as those who are CXO minus one or two levels and with an experience bracket of 12 to 22 years.
