MD Pathologist (Leading Pathology labs)
∙ Responsible for maintaining and improving the overall pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical operations within the laboratory.

∙ Responsible for the implementation of the Quality Management System and Quality Policy within the laboratory.

∙ Accountable to ensure that sufficient resources are available to provide medical laboratory services, that meet the end requirements of the users.

∙ Implementation of a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable requirements.

∙ To ensure the provision of clinical advice with respect to the choice of examinations, use of the service, and interpretation of examination results.

∙ Selection and monitoring of referral laboratories and monitoring the quality of their service. ∙ Addressing complaints, requests, and suggestions from the staff/ users of laboratory service (s). ∙ Designing and implementing a contingency plan to ensure essential services are available during emergency situations.

∙ Responsible for liaison with external parties such as certification bodies and consultants. ∙ Authorized to issue, review and amend the Quality Manual.

∙ Authorized to release patient reports and issue amended reports.

∙ To handle patient & doctor queries for the report released ensuring they resolved smoothly

Person Specification :

∙ Preferably from Pvt Labs/ Hospitals

∙ Previously worked in NABL Lab

∙ Trained in ISO 15189

∙ Should hold keen interest to work in a Corporate Laboratory set - up

∙ Excellent communication skills with sound knowledge in the domain of expertise

1. स्टोअरमध्ये काम करण्यास सक्षम असणे आवश्यक आहे: उभे नोकरी
2. नम्र असणे आवश्यक आहे आणि चाला-मध्ये ग्राहकांचा आदर करणे आवश्यक आहे.
3. स्टोअरची विक्री वाढविण्यात सक्षम असणे आवश्यक आहे.
4. ग्राहकांना दागिन्यांची माहिती द्या

मुख्य मुद्दे:
1. मराठी, हिंदी आणि इंग्रजी भाषेत चांगली संभाषण कौशल्ये
2. शनिवार व रविवारी सुट्टी नाही (आठवड्याची सुट्टी - सोमवार)
3. सणासुदीची रजा नाही
