People don’t fall in love with corporations. They fall in love with personalities.
When brands lose their way, they fall out of touch with what makes them human and relatable. They lose the founders story and the connection they have with the customers.

You need to analysis on branding and brand strategy and do market research on these questions:
Who do your customers dream of becoming? What’s getting in their way? How can you help?
