1. Sautéed Vegetables: 50g Paneer, 50g Soy, 3 Bellpeppers, 1 small Onion, 2 medium sized Mushrooms.

3. Chopped Beetroot

Recipe for Sautéed Vegetables:
NO SALT , NO SUGAR.
1. 50g Paneer, 50g Soy, 3 Bellpeppers, 1 small Onion, 2 medium sized Mushrooms.
2. 1 tsp of desi ghee/ 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp of onion-ginger-garlic-tomato paste, 1 tbsp of oregano, 1 tsp of chilly flakes , 1 tbsp of pizza mix , 1 tbsp of paneer chilly masala, 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
3. Shallow fry for 5mins.
4. Enjoy the sautéed vegetables 😋
