She wasn’t looking to lose weight.

She was looking to feel like herself again.

The kind of tired she carried wasn’t just from work. It was from years of skipping meals, eating whatever was convenient, and putting everyone else’s needs before her own body.

She came to me not with a number in mind — but with a feeling she wanted back.

Energy that lasted past 3pm.

A mind that felt clear, not foggy.

A body she felt at home and comfortable in.

And slowly, with no crash diets, no food fear, no unrealistic rules , she got there. 🌿

Two months in, not only did she lose 4 kgs along with inches and notice her clothes fitting differently but more than any number, this were her words🔽

“I feel energetic refreshed throughout the day and I feel confident in my own skin.”😭🥹

That’s what real progress looks like. The weight and inches followed but the feeling came first.

This is for every working woman who has been running on empty and calling it productivity. 💛

You deserve to feel good not after everything else settles down.
Right now. In the body you have. With the life you’re living.

👉 Swipe through her story.

With love from Pune🥰

Dal-icious reminder: healthy food has NO business being boring 🍕🌿

We’ve been lied to for years.

Someone somewhere decided that if you’re eating healthy, you must be suffering counting every bite, choking down tasteless food, pretending a rice cake tastes like a meal 😭

That’s not health. That’s punishment.

Real nutrition looks like THIS: Dal & oats pizza base loaded with your favourite topping’s and baked golden and topped with herbs 🔥

2 mini pizzas = 250 kcal | 12g protein | 100% Gluten Free

And before you ask
✅ No maida
✅ No guilt
✅ No compromise on flavour

You don’t change your life by eating food you hate.
You change it by learning to make food you love — smarter. 💛

Chaat ka mann tha… toh healthy wala banaya 😍

And honestly? It hit every single craving — tangy, spicy, creamy, crunchy. The whole experience.

This Rajma + Sweet Potato + Spinach Tikki Chaat is one of my favourite high protein snacks right now, and once you see how simple the recipe is, you’ll be making it every week.

Here’s what goes in:
🫘 80g boiled Rajma — mashed well
🥬 100g Spinach — roughly chopped
🍠 200g boiled Sweet Potato
🌶️ Spices as per taste
🌾 Rolled in amaranth/quinoa for that crispy coating

Shape into tikkis, refrigerate for 20 mins, roast on tawa — that’s it.

Top with Greek yogurt, homemade chutney, diced onions & tomatoes and you have street food that actually loves you back. 💚

📊 320 kcal | 20g Protein per serving
(This recipe makes 2 servings)

If I were your dietitian, I wouldn’t put you on a fancy gut health protocol or hand you a list of expensive supplements.

I’d start here , with 3 foods already sitting in your kitchen.

🍚 Cooled rice or poha — let it cool before you eat it. That one change transforms it into prebiotic fuel for your gut bacteria.

🍌 Kacha kela — most underrated gut health food in Indian cooking. Rich in resistant starch, great for motions, bloating, and gut lining.

🌰 Roasted chana — my go-to snack recommendation for almost every gut health client. Simple. Effective. No gimmicks.

The science behind all three? Resistant starch — a type of carb that skips digestion and feeds your good gut bacteria directly.

Better gut diversity. Less bloating. Improved insulin sensitivity. More satiety.

All from foods your dadi probably already knew about. 👵🏽

You bought an air fryer to eat healthier. But are you actually eating healthier? 👀

Here’s the honest truth:

✅ Air fryers ARE better than deep frying — less oil, faster cook time, lower acrylamide levels, better nutrient retention overall.

❌ But the food going in still matters — frozen processed snacks in an air fryer are still frozen processed snacks. The machine doesn’t change the ingredients.

Where air fryers actually shine:
🥦 Roasting vegetables — broccoli, sweet potato, baby corn
🧀 Paneer tikka, tofu
🐟 Fish and chicken with minimal oil
🍿 Makhana — crunchier than any microwave version
🫘 Roasted chickpeas — better than any packaged snack

And several other whole foods…

The air fryer is a brilliant tool. But a tool is only as good as how you use it.

If your air fryer is full of packaged food — the problem was never the oil. It was the food choice.

Save this and send it to the person in your house who bought the air fryer and still orders pizza. 😄
