This International Men’s Day let’s try to make an effort to understand and extend support to Men too.

It is typically expected for men to be strong emotionally due to their stronger exterior than women. But this biological difference need not apply to psychology.

Due to societal expectations it therefore becomes difficult for men to express their emotions. Most Men don’t accept or express and then there are
Men who accept and express but their family disregards them.
Men and family who accept feel weak to come out socially and finally
Men who pass all these phases, they have been thrown with so many responsibilities that they don’t find time or importance or awareness to do things take care of their mental health.

So this International Men’s Day… Let’s Break The Stereotypes and Support Men To Express and Give them A Chance to Take Care of Their Well-being, for a Man Who Is Psychologically Taken Care of is more Capable Of Taking Care Of The Family and Workplace Well-being.

Here are 5 reasons I suggest you must take journaling to your heart

YOUR JOURNAL CAN BE YOUR BEST FREIND - Imagine having a friend who knows all your secrets and how light you would feel to share the good and especially the things you want to vent but you don’t want others to know. 3. JOTTING EXPERIENCES - In my opinion, it really takes you through hard times by remind you the rock solid yet beautiful and cheerful you or even share with your children memories that you may not remember later but your journal will remember them for you.

4. BUILDING HABITAT - When you journal, you are indulging in the act of affirming what you feel. Journaling how you feel about building a new good habit or leaving an old bad one can fasten and strengthen the process of building your habits. So make full use of the way you are investing your time journaling.

5. ENHANCE CREATIVITY - Well, this is your journal, your life, your baby and you can design it the way you want it. Journal is going to help you out life into the dreams your heart holds and can extract from your immense creativity not just visually but also in finding to with solutions to your problems you are stuck with. The more your feed it, the more it will give you back.
