Work begets work.
I received an enquiry for a plot in Siolim (North Goa) while working on a 5-Star hotel in South Goa.
I was expecting a slow progress, like my experience with Goa's projects has been. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when the client meetings were swift, and the basic layout was frozen within a week!

Here it is- Amani House. An investor focused development, right on the creek.

It's raining in Goa, and I'm here, finishing up a few handovers while starting some follow-up activities.

A resort spanning over 40 acres, complete with natural lagoons, lotuses, ducks, and talllllll coconut trees!

Despite being in the chill south Goa, nothing 'susegad' about this project. Work is on at full speed.
