InteleQ Celebrates Birth Anniversary Of Father Of Indian Space Program Dr. Vikram Sarabhai

Dr. Vikram Sarabhai was a visionary scientist and institution-builder who called for the development of satellite-based remote sensing of natural resources. He was an inspiration to young scientists of the nation. Sarabhai’s birth anniversary is also celebrated as National Remote Sensing Day in India.
InteleQ commemorated the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarabhai (12th August) by organising Chandrayaan 3 Model Making Workshop with school students.Expert from IndoScience Education Trust Mr.Santosh Pise delivered a session on ISRO and Chandrayaan 3.
The workshop created awareness about India's upcoming lunar exploration mission, the Chandrayaan 3. With its global presence and track record of reaching over 4000 school students worldwide, InteleQ is at the forefront of STEM education. The event, held at Bharatratna Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam e - Learning School,Pune, witnessed enthusiastic participation from children across the city.
The founder of InteleQ, Reshma Pawar, shared her thoughts on the workshop, emphasizing the center’s commitment to nurturing young minds and igniting their curiosity through engaging activities.
The workshop encompassed a range of carefully designed activities to spread knowledge and ignite curiosity among the participants. Students delved into the mission's details through an informative presentation and quiz conducted by Dr.Swagata Nandi to test their understanding. The major highlight of this workshop was creating a paper-based model for Chandrayaan 3. Each participant received a special paper kit. Under expert guidance, the students worked diligently to bring Chandrayaan 3 to life, using their paper models. The workshop imparted knowledge of the Indian lunar mission to a broader audience, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of India's space exploration missions. The participants thoroughly enjoyed and expressed their desire to attend additional space-related workshops, demonstrating the event's success in igniting their interest in space science and exploration. InteleQ has exciting plans to continue promoting STEM education and inspire young people.
