Target AEC Global

We have completed the BIM coordination scope for this project.

The team developed a detailed 3D BIM model to LOD 350 for structural embeds and curtain wall systems using Revit 2024, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. The model was created for coordination purposes and included all major structural elements, embeds, and curtain panels required to support the façade system.

Inputs were received from the architectural and structural teams, and weekly coordination meetings were conducted to ensure alignment and resolve modeling or interface issues. A clash-coordinated NWC file of structural connections was delivered as part of the scope.

The curtain wall system was modeled in coordination with its supporting structure to support accurate and efficient installation on site. ACC enabled real-time collaboration, issue tracking, and an efficient feedback loop throughout the project.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a vibrant campus drive at our Target AEC Global Private Limited office, with enthusiastic participation from students of BNCA Architectural College. It was a great opportunity to engage with aspiring architects and introduce them to dynamic career paths in the AEC industry.
