🎷 Policy to COVID recovered Clients 🎷

Every Customer has to submit COVID QUESTIONNAIRE alongwith Proposal. Based on answers in that Questionnaire, Policy is issued. We can give Policy to Clients who got recovered from COVID as per details given below:

👉 MILD Infection of COVID:

If Home Quarantine or COVID Care Centre without any medical support like Oxygen etc, Postpone for 1 month from the date of diagnosis. Then Compulsory Medical, X-Ray of Chest and with all mandatory COVID related reports reqd. Completion in Division/Zone/Central Office as per Limits.

👉 MODERATE infection of COVID:

If admitted in Hospital and without Oxygen Support etc, Postpone for 3 months from the date of diagnosis. With all tests as stated above in earlier para, underwriting at Zonal Office only

👉 SEVERE infection:

If admitted in Hospital Requiring Oxygen, Ventilator support etc, Postpone for 3 months from diagnosis; then with all the above Test reports, MER, X-Ray etc, Underwriting at Central Office only irrespective of Sum Assured.
