Job Description:
Candor Groups, a well-established real estate firm based in Wagholi, Pune, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone and promoting our extensive range of real estate services.

Responsibilities:
1. Initiate outbound calls to prospects and leads to introduce our real estate offerings.

2. Handle inbound calls from interested clients, providing them with detailed information about properties and services.

3. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of our properties to potential buyers or investors.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and follow-up activities using our CRM system.

5. Assist in scheduling property viewings and appointments for interested clients.

6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

7. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities to better address client inquiries.

8. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the real estate sector.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is a plus.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.

4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Proficiency in basic computer skills.

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Knowledge of the local real estate market in Wagholi, Pune, is desirable but not mandatory.
