JOB DESCRIPTION – ONBOARDING INTERN
Position: On boarding Intern
Location: Malad (West), Mumbai
Qualification: Any Graduate Salary: 5,000/- to 8,000/- per month
Age: Between 22 to 28 years
Gender: - Any
Experience: Fresher
Industry: Any Industry (Preferred HR Services Companies / Staffing Companies)

Desired Candidate Profile: Functional Skills:
• Excellent Knowledge of Ms Excel Roles & Responsibilities:
• Educate Associate to upload Docs through Mobile Apps.
• Collect Joining documents (Offline) and update the AMS
• Prepare Offer & Appointment letters and send to associates.
• Send required documents for BGV for all applicable cases
• Maintain Record of Pan India employees joining docs on Server
• Coordinate & Collect AMS data from our Branches.
• Follow up with branches, if associates of their locations have downloaded Mobile App.
• Prepare warning Letters, Absconding Letter.
• Prepare and send salary revision Letters / emails to employees
• ID Card to be prepared after employer joins.
• Generating the UAN and ESIC also updating the KYC
• Bank Account Opening
