Craft Gin,Matcha, Freshly Squeezed Lime & Honey

Story:-Soft Proof was created as a response to a simple observation behind the bar: many guests were looking for a cocktail that felt elegant and flavour-driven, without the sharp alcohol heat of stronger serves. The focus shifted from strength to balance. Gin was chosen for its clean botanical profile, while honey replaced refined sugar to create a smoother, more rounded mouthfeel. Fresh lemon keeps the drink precise and refreshing.
Matcha was incorporated carefully, not as a feature ingredient but as a structural element. Used in a restrained measure, it adds depth and a subtle dryness that lengthens the finish without introducing bitterness. The cocktail sits deliberately in a softer space composed, approachable, and controlled. The name Soft Proof reflects this intention: a drink defined not by intensity, but by clarity and restraint.

🌺 Cocktail: -The Golden Solstice

This drink was born from a quiet moment of reflection marble table, golden afternoon light, and the sound of life humming softly in the background. You wanted a cocktail that wasn’t just another mix in a glass, but a memory captured in liquid form.

The hibiscus on top represents something more than garnish it’s resilience. It blooms boldly, even when the heat is harsh, just like the spirit of Maharashtra and just like your own journey of pushing forward, no matter the season. The golden hue mirrors optimism, the kind that rises even after the longest nights.

Every sip is a reminder of balance the strength of gin, the softness of honey, the tang of hibiscus, and the grounding bitterness that keeps it real. It’s not a cocktail that rushes it lingers, just like moments you don’t want to end.

This isn’t just The Golden Solstice anymore it’s your story, distilled into a glass.

Recipe :-
• 45 ml Premium Gin
• 20 ml Hibiscus-Honey Syrup
• 15 ml Dry Vermouth
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• Optional: -A splash of sparkling water for a lighter touch

Method: -Stir with ice, strain into a rocks glass over a single crystal clear cube. Garnish with dried hibiscus.
