Fitness has a very vital role to play in her life, which is why she decided to motivate others with the power of fitness. While interacting with various female doctors, she realised that there is immense confusion in regards with gym and fitness. And from that day onwards, she started planning to create a podium where such doubts can be solved – and that’s how I AM FIT was established. I AM FIT is that platform which is nurtured with inspiration, motivation and a proper science-based knowledge.
