Genoese sponge layered with creamy cremeux chocolate and vanilla chantilly cream . For cremeux we used dark chocolate couverture 46.5 % and vanilla chantilly cream used heavy double cream and vanilla extract and decorate with African violate flowers . 🍰🍫🥚🌾🌸

For decoration I always choose fresh home grown flowers and leaves which are non-toxic same like a our ingredients. I always prefer to use organic n unpolished flour n other imported raw materials. 🎂🌸🌿.
