๐Go easy on yourself, over restricting yourself may fall you back againโบ๐.
๐Increase your protein intake.๐ฅ๐ง๐ณ
๐Avoid skipping any meal.๐ฑ๐ฅโ
๐Cut sugar/ Sweets intake completely for 3 days.๐๐ซ๐ฉ๐ฐ
๐Drink lot of water, afresh, lemon juice+salt, black coffee to detox.๐น๐ฅค
