SPINNING:
Ring frame:
the roving bobbins are taken to the ring frames where it is drafted (extended) to the extent of desired level count the spindle along with the ring traveller mounted on a ring imparts the requisite amount of twist in to the yarn the yarn was wound on bobbins and taken to post spinning operations.

சிம்லக்ஸ் மெஷினில் இருந்து வந்த ரோவிங்க் பாபின்களை மெஷினில் போட்டு இழுத்து அரைத்து குறிப்பிட்ட அளவிற்கு முருக்கம் செலுத்தி அதை சுற்றி கெண்டைகளாக மாற்றி அடுத்த கட்ட உற்பத்திக்கு அனுப்பப்படுகிறது.

the fibres in the carded sliver are placed in a haphazard fashion and lack uniformity.the carded sliver are processed on the drawing frame they are made uniforming thickness bye the doubling process the fibres get drawn parellel to the axis the sliver bye the drafting process.
