Guidance Seminar for 10th std students

CASP Raigad unit organised a guidance seminar for 10th std students on 27th January 2026. 75 students from Pen and neighbouring villages attended the session. The students were guided on English, Mathematics and Science subjects by three expert teachers.
The 10th standard is an important milestone in a student’s academic journey. The choices made after this stage play a significant role in shaping one’s future career and personal growth. This guidance seminar is organized to help students understand their strengths, explore available career options, and make informed decisions with confidence.
The seminar focused on:
• Understanding the importance of self-assessment, including interests, abilities, and aptitude
• Importance of goal setting, time management, and disciplined study habits
• Managing exam stress, building self-confidence, and maintaining mental well-being
• Role of parents, teachers, and mentors in career planning
Students were encouraged to ask questions, clear doubts, and think positively about their future. The session aimed to motivate students to believe in themselves, work hard, and choose a path that matches their interests and long-term goals rather than peer pressure.
This seminar will help students gain clarity, confidence, and direction to take the next step in their educational journey responsibly and wisely.
