In the fields of Kashmir, the work of transplanting paddy (Shali) is in full swing these days. This lush greenery and the hope for the coming harvest are only possible because of our hardworking brothers from Bihar who nurture the land with their own hands. It is truly commendable to see how they come here and earn a very good living through their sheer dedication and hard work.
​On the other hand, it is disheartening to see many of our local youth spending their entire day watching weddings or glued to cricket matches, wasting their precious time. It is high time we realize the value of hard work and take inspiration from those who are actively building their future through labor.
