2. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
3. Housekeeping Team Management: Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
4. Check-in/Check-out Management: Ensure efficient guest arrival and departure processes.
5. Expense Management: Maintain accurate expense records and optimize costs.
6. Guest Relations: Foster positive relationships, address concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Team Leadership: Motivate and guide staff to achieve exceptional service standards.

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of hospitality management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in expense management and basic accounting
- Guest-centric mindset
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends

*Desirable Qualifications:*

- Hospitality management certification
- Familiarity with property management systems
- Basic knowledge of accounting software
