Responsibilities:
- Scouting, Servicing, Maintaining and Retaining Customers.
- POC for all BIZ Nest Customers under the Destination Living Vertical.
- Activating Serviced Apartments for Customers with a complete Checklist
of Deliverables.
- Creating & Managing Inventory & Database of Real Estate Associates & Enterprises, Vendors, Service Agents.
- Making reports for Management and Customers.
- Work closely with the In-House Verticals & Teams.


Skills:
- Graduate with Excellent communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong people and networking skills.
- Savvy with Microsoft Office - Excel.
- Exceptionally upbeat, Positive, enthusiastic and able to keep up to fast-changing situations.

- 2+ Years of Work Experience.
- Past experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Should know Excel, PPT, Word & savvy with browsing.
- Should be Smart, Passionate & Hungry for Growth.
