Position: Supply Chain & Planning Officer
Industry Background Required: Industrial Food Processing / Agro-based FMCG
Minimum Experience: 5–7 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Lead production planning and coordinating demand forecasting
• Manage inventory levels, stock optimization, and replenishment planning
• Coordinate raw material procurement and vendor follow-ups
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in supply operations
• Liaise with Production, QA, Logistics, Sales & Procurement teams
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives

Qualifications & Skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations / Agri Business or related field
✔ 5–7 years experience in supply planning within industrial food processing or agro-based manufacturing
✔ Strong analytical and planning skills
✔ Exposure to ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally/Finance modules)
✔ Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Ability to work in cross-functional environments
