At freethink we put a lot of work into our internship program. As an R&D focussed organization we are constantly solving new and unique engineering problems, and we recognize the spark of inspiration that fuels the innovation. We are committed to passing that spark on to the next generation of engineers, who will make the world a little bit better, and a whole lot more interesting. Our interns definitely don't have it easy, and are required to create fully functioning projects that are evaluated against industry standards. It is also an opportunity for our interns to see the amazing work culture at freethink and understand why a software product company is so different than a system integrator. It's no surprise that many of our interns choose to return to freethink to continue the journey they began with us.
