Job Description:

We are looking for a good JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. Must understand the ins and outs of ReactJS, with an obsession for code quality. We want someone that is proud and obsessive in delivering quality products. Get-it-done attitude as an independent thinker who enjoys creating solutions in a collaborative environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand inheritance in Javascript and object oriented and functional programming concepts
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Extensive experience with React, Redux, flux, GSAP
• Expertise with HTML5 and CSS3
• good knowledge in Bootsratp 4
• Comfortable translating complex visual designs and wireframes into clean and modular HTML markup and
CSS
• Know how to work with version control systems.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and
browsers

Mandatory: ReactJS, React Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, JavaScript,

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Attention to details.
• Good knowledge in Micro Animations.
• Proficiency in creating Prototypes / wireframes.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful API and WebSockets
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}.
• Canvas Scripting would be an added advantage.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web design

• Prior experience as Scrum Master and Project manager.
• Good knowledge and experience on Agile practices and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, process, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to make the team self-organized and self-managed.
• Strong project management skills.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs in order to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project ex*****on.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of any programming will be preferred and have hands on experience in the same in the past or present.
• Knowledge of any software architecture will be preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Masters/MBA in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
