The lighting community in Bengaluru recently came together for an inspiring learning experience at our MA Lighting International 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐌𝐀𝟑 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 and it turned out to be far more than just a training session.

Over the course of the program, participants delved into the fundamentals of grandMA3 system operations and programming, gaining hands-on knowledge that directly applies to real-world productions. The session was led by certified trainer 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐮, whose extensive experience across festivals and large-scale live productions provided valuable, practical insights to the room.

What made this training truly special was the diversity of the participants. The room was filled with theatre lighting programmers, lighting engineers from rental companies, and passionate students eager to build their careers in the lighting industry. The exchange of ideas, questions, and experiences created a vibrant learning environment where everyone contributed and learned together.

The training also became a perfect platform to share exciting news with the community including the announcement of the new grandMA3 onPC DMX Key, opening new possibilities for programmers and operators working on the platform.

Ten years later, 𝐃𝐈𝐘 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤- and we couldn't be prouder to be part of this moment.

As one of the gear partners for DIY Day 2026 (4th Edition), we powered the sonic experience with the RCF HDL 30, delivering every note, every lyric, and every electric moment the way it deserved to be heard- crystal clear, powerful, and alive.

Held at Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Creativity (SACAC), organized by the DIY Day Community, and brought to life sonically by the team at Hi-Tech Audio and Image- Our Mayank Lawrence, Application Engineer, handled the sound on-site. This was a celebration of creativity, community, and the power of independent music.

From its humble beginnings in 2014, DIY Day has always been more than a festival. It's a movement- built for independent artists. Icons like 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐊𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐝, 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 & 𝐒𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐢, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲𝐚 𝐆𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐡 once graced its stage.
