Roles and Responsibilities-
• Maintains database by entering new and updated customers and account information.
• Taking up client calls and resolving there queries
• Have excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
• Have the Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
• Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
• Have the ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Be flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events
Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic computer software, proficient in Excel, Word and creating reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fast typing.
• Accurate data entry and maintain data confidentially
• Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Pursuing Graduation/Graduate any stream can apply
• Freshers / Experience candidates can apply
• Good knowledge of MS Office
