We are hiring telesales Executive for Out Out Bound process.
Candidates would be responsible for generating leads.
Candidate should have minimum requirement 12th passed.
Candidate should have good communication skills(Hindi/English).
Salary-8k to 12k depends upon experience.
Candidates would also get oppurtunity to earn incentives (1 to 7 sale-Rs 250/sale,8 to 16-Rs300/sale...).
Candidates also get oppurtunity like if they generate 3 Lead they get extra Rs 1000 cash incentive.
Candidates have to go through 3 days training period and after 3 days once mock session cleared they will be joining the team.
Candidate salary are fixed there will be no deduction accordingly.
