Exponential India (Noida) hosted an ad event called “Ad-Mad”, starting with the motto - “Creativity is nothing but Intelligence having Fun” and we sure had some!

With our company trips to Goa just around the corner and given that we work almost every day with Ads, it was all more justified that work and play be brought together in an amalgamation of spectacular acts of creativity where each team put their thoughts into live-action when Goa pops up in their minds.

Like all our office events, all the employees of the entire office are divided into 4 groups or houses and everyone participated with excitement and enthusiasm! With a limit set to 2 minutes to sell their ideas to the audience, our teams came up with some amazing products.

Given some power-packed performances, it was a tough decision for our Jury Panel to declare the titles – 2nd Runner Up: Team Samurai, Hangover Sports Bar, 1st Runner Up: Team Avengers, Gia Chappal and on the number one spot we had Justice League for their Goa Explorer App which also won the title for Best Act of the Day!

Exponential India (Noida) celebrated the 73rd Independence Day with the office decorated in the colors of the Indian National Flag and its employees further adorned the premises in ethnic wear as a part of the celebrations. There were some exciting and interactive games for the Exponential family and all the houses (our entire office is divided into 4 groups or houses) participated enthusiastically to make this event a great success!

We had the very popular game of “Dumb Charades” to go down memory lane and reminisce the patriotic movies and songs we generally relate this day to. The fun game of “Suno Magar Dekh Ke” (See to Hear) saw how well our teams know their country to be able to guess names of Mountains, Rivers, Cities, and Monuments of importance even with loud music playing in their ears.

At the end of it all, Avengers and Ninja emerged as winners and runners up respectively for Dumb Charades and for Suno Magar Dekh ke, Justice League topped the charts with Avengers finishing second. Congratulations Teams!

And, there was no better way to wrap this event up than treating ourselves to some lip-smacking Indian street food - “Chaat” and our very own version of the ice-cream – “Kulfi”!!!!

For India, 15th August evokes many emotions in the hearts of the citizens as it was a day of her re-birth, a new start. This day celebrates the win of every individual. From feeling immense pride of being a free nation today to acknowledging the fact that we owe this freedom to our valiant freedom fighters who didn't hesitate once to give up their lives just so their future generations can breathe the free air of India.
