Today, we’re designers, developers, marketers, analysts, and more, but once upon a time, we were just kids figuring things out one step at a time.

Different departments. Different journeys. One team that grew up chasing something bigger.

Every milestone reflects dedication, growth, and the impact people create along the way. This week at SparxIT, we’re celebrating two special work anniversaries.

Kudos to Sumit Ranjan for completing 5 incredible years as a Tech Lead, consistently leading teams and driving engineering excellence.

Congratulations to Ansh Viyogi on completing 2 years with us as a Senior Technical Architect, bringing strong technical expertise and innovative thinking to our projects.

Thank you both for your valuable contributions. Here’s to many more milestones ahead!

Laughter echoed louder than notifications, colors shone brighter than our screens, and memories were created that will stay long after the hues fade.

This Friday, we didn’t just read the news… we became the news. ✨

Armed with stacks of newspapers, tape, and unlimited creativity, our team transformed headlines into hemlines and columns into couture. What started as paper turned into power suits, dramatic gowns, and some seriously headline-worthy designs.

There was laughter.
There was chaos.
There were flying newspaper rolls.

But most importantly, there was teamwork, imagination, and a reminder that innovation doesn’t always start with code or strategy, sometimes, it starts with a blank page (or yesterday’s news 😉).
