Ingredients
• 100 g TWF California Fine Almond Flour
• 30 g butter (softened at room temperature)
• 20 g sugar
• A pinch of ground pumpkin seeds
Method
1. In a bowl, take 100 g TWF almond flour and add a pinch of ground pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
2. Add 30 g butter that has softened naturally at room temperature (do not microwave).
3. Add 20 g sugar and mix to form a smooth dough.
4. Shape the dough into cookies.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
That’s it - 21 g protein almond cookies, ready to bite into.
